About me

I'm Kiệt (Kenzy) — an AI Engineer with 3+ years in fintech, focused on shipping production LLM applications: multi-agent RAG, agentic CI/CD, and AI-first development workflows.

I care about three things:

1. Practical AI — moving systems from notebooks to production traffic, with observability and guardrails that survive Monday morning.
2. Agentic patterns — handoff, tool use, structured outputs, memory — applied to real business problems (stock analysis, customer support, code review, itinerary generation).
3. Continuous learning — Anthropic, DeepLearning.AI, AWS, Hugging Face, Vanderbilt, Google, Udemy. I've earned 30+ certifications across AI, cloud, data, and DevOps in the last 18 months.

Outside of work I'm a runner, a reader (technology, finance, personal development), and a believer that AI × finance is the most interesting intersection of this decade.

AI Engineer / AI Developer — KFSP Company Limited (Fintech)

Shipped production AI systems on a fintech stack: multi-agent RAG, agentic CI/CD, and AI-first development workflow.

• Designed and shipped a multi-agent RAG chatbot on KFSP website using OpenAI Agents SDK (NestJS backend) — a Main Agent orchestrates 5+ specialized agents (Macro, Help, Stock, Stock Filter, News) via handoff pattern, with OpenAI Vector Store as retrieval backend and toolChoice: 'required' to eliminate hallucination.
• Engineered an Agentic CI/CD pipeline in GitLab: Claude API sub-agents auto-generate unit tests, regression scenarios, changelogs, and GitBook documentation on every merge.
• Built a production Playwright E2E test suite for kfsp.vn — 60 test cases / 35 spec files with Page Object Model, scheduled GitLab CI pipelines aligned to VN market hours, Telegram alerts on failure.
• Operated end-to-end in an AI-driven workflow with Claude Code, Cursor, and Google Antigravity — focus on context engineering, validation, and hardening AI-generated code for correctness and security.
• Built data ingestion pipelines using AWS S3 Vectors, OpenSearch, and Typesense for retrieval workloads.
• Architected a Prometheus/Grafana observability stack with automated Telegram alerting for the Node.js / PostgreSQL / Redis production environment.

Product R&D Engineer — KFSP Company Limited

Prototyped and shipped product features end-to-end across the stack.

• Took features from Figma mockups → FastAPI backend → Flutter integration, including API contract tests and integration validation.
• Provisioned AWS infrastructure with Terraform (EC2, S3, Route53, CloudWatch, IAM) — reusable IaC modules backing data and application environments.
• Built ingestion pipelines for Mistral OCR document data into a PostgreSQL knowledge store.
• Developed MDM (Market Direction Model) for VN30 — parameter sweeps, backtesting framework, signal divergence analysis with circuit breaker logic.
• Built internal automation bots (n8n) for web crawling, DB processing, and HTML management; instrumented each pipeline with health checks and error alerts.
• Designed GitLab CI/CD pipelines for backend services and data jobs.

Two product lines: HappyLive e-commerce (marketplace ETL + Looker dashboards) and HappSation audiobook app (AWS troubleshooting + cost optimization).

• Designed and built ETL pipelines ingesting daily sales data from Shopee, Tiki, and TikTokShop marketplaces into a central MySQL store covering ~50 tracked SKUs.
• Built Looker Studio dashboards for the Marketing team — channel-level revenue, product mix, and trend reports.
• Audited AWS billing for HappSation and proposed a decommissioning plan estimated to cut monthly AWS spend by ~50% (≈$300 → $150/mo) by retiring idle backup ALBs and unused resources.
